Workshop di Acrodanza, con Emir Buhari

Il workshop prevede:
- Warming up
- Ground acrobatic flow for the needs of the participants
- Handstand poses
- Jumping on hands and necessary exercises
- Spinning on different positions
- A brief overview of directions and levels for floor acrobatic
- Transitions between levels of movements
- Core works Flexibility and Cooling down
Il workshop sarà tenuto in inglese, e ci sarà una traduzione in classe per chi ne avesse bisogno!

BIO:
Emir Buhari, who was born in the early 90s and experienced the joy of playing on the streets, decided to start break dancing after seeing his dancing cousin on a TV show. Living in Denizli, Turkey, he joined a local break dance crew and quickly developed his skills. He focused his university education on Artistic Gymnastics Coaching, immersing himself in yearly periodisation and training methods. Additionally, he participated in numerous local and international dance competitions, achieving various successes.
During this journey, he met Cyr wheel, which took his career in a completely new direction. Starting with GOP variety, Germany’s largest variety theater, his European journey continued with performances in venues such as Krystallpalace and Europa cruise ships, working for various companies. He continued to develop his skills in Cyr wheel and break dance. He had the privilege of performing in Cirque du Soleil’s production titled “Twas The Night Before.”

⏳ Il corso sarà confermato con un minimo di 4 partecipanti il giorno dopo il termine delle iscrizioni
⏳ Policy cancellazioni: verrà effettuato un rimborso del 65% per cancellazioni pervenute entro la sera del 21 Giugno, termine oltre il quale la quota non verrà rimborsata.
